A pleasant surprise to find on tap in Nashville at a bar/resturant (Past Perfect). An orange amber pour with a thick guey lacing. A tad of malt flavor with just a bit of bitter. Just a tad active carbonation for me and a bit thin. I thought a very good example of the style.

My least favorite Yazoo brew. I’m expecting a bit more hops for an ESB. It’s a solid beer, but was a bit dissapointing. Probably best when it becomes room tempature as at that point it becomes more complex. A bit watered down.

I like this red-brown beer quite a bit. Malty aroma with a touch of hopps. The head is also quite nice and frothy. I would probably rate this beer higher, but the last time I had it, I drank a growler (from the brewery) by myself on an empty stomach. The next morning did not rock. Another salute to another good beer from Nashville.

Draught. Not as bitter as an ESB has been before, though quite hoppy in the nose. Great color, I’ll order it when I go to a restaraunt soon.

Draught. Pours golden amber with a creamy small white head and spotty lacing. Yeast (dough) and floral fruity citrus hop aroma with medium roasted caramel nutty notes. Bitter lightly acidic sour yeast and malt flavor. Medium bodied and fizzy palate.

Sampled on tap at the brewery. Deep copper color, decent head. Dry malt aroma. The flavor is well balanced with restrained sweetness and bitterness that matches. Lightly fruity and clean.

Clear copper, big foamy head. Oaty, peppery aroma. Clean, citrusy flavor. Mellow grains mix well with some fruity undertones that lead into a nice fresh, hoppy (pine and grapefruit) finish. Not bad at all! Tasted at tge 2005 Music City Brewer’s Feat.
