Bottle courtesy of BeerHawk. Pours the standard hefe cloudy yellow with a thin white head that faded fast to leave a white ring around my glass. The nose is spicy yeast and citrus zest. The taste is spice, wheat and more citrus. Lighter prickly mouthfeel. Refreshing beer – better than I expected. Thanks Steve!

Pours a clear light golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, bread, hint of lemon. Tad dry. Decent hefeweizen.

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy yellow white with a creamy white head. Soapy wheat aroma. Taste is big lemon, light spice and metallic finish, but a smooth wheat overall.

From a 12 oz. bottle set to me from a friend in TN. Aroma is yeasty and a little lemony. Pale straw, with some yeast haze. Head is like soda and dissipated quickly. Flavor is bready with some lemon hop flavor, with a little classic hefeweizen clove and banana. High carbonation, and a little thin, but dry and refreshing. A decent example of a German hefe.
