Pours the standard hefe cloudy yellow with a thin white head that faded fast to leave a white ring around my glass. The nose is spicy yeast and citrus zest. The taste is spice, wheat and more citrus. Lighter prickly mouthfeel. Refreshing beer – better than I expected. Thanks Steve! AlabastorJones (775), San Francisco, California, USA

Pale straw, with some yeast haze. Head is like soda and dissipated quickly. Flavor is bready with some lemon hop flavor, with a little classic hefeweizen clove and banana. High carbonation, and a little thin, but dry and refreshing. A decent example of a German hefe.
