Pours a hazy yellow with a very small white head. Banana and cloves are in the aroma, albeit a sharp delivery, along with some papery hops. The mouthfeel is pretty fizzy. Some earth, and drying spices accompany the esters. This is a pretty decent Hefeweizen, really. I’d say it’s a bit subdued, but still well balanced and clean. puggy211 (596), cordova, Tennessee, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 2, 2008 Decent. Pours a nice, light golden color with a light head. Grainy, wheat, and some light citrus spring from the aroma. Medium bodied. Malty taste, with some citrus and wheat involved. Decent wheat, especially for Nashville. TheBeerOrg (1589), Kentucky, USA

Aroma of sweet yeast, grainy wheat, and loads of banana. Taste is sweet yeasty, foamy wheat, light graininess. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with lush, foamy carbonation. Slightly above average as US hefes are concerned. ross (1709), weddington, South Carolina, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Oct 18, 2007 Bottle from the A2M king himself, Smitty. Thanks son. Pours out a real cloudy yellow color with a white head that vanishes quickly. Smell is heavy on bananas and orange peel. Taste has a nice smooth mouth feel and finish with a little tartness. Really good stuff actually. One of the best examples of a hefe from an American brewery. I would drink this on a regular basis if I lived in Nashville. Thanks Sean, but stop asking if you can felch me, I am not into that kind of stuff. Tmoney99 (4793), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
