Dec 29, 2008 on tap-pours a white ring for a head and hazy straw yellow color. Aroma is nice sweet banana, light malt/wheat. Taste is slightly banana, light malt/wheat, some clove-yeast, spice/herbal hops. Dry finish.

Sep 6, 2007 Draft at SBGFO7. Poured cloudy yellow color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate banana clove sour citrus aroma. Light to medium body with a sticky texture. Medium sweet flavor with a solid sour citrus sweet finish of moderate duration. Good refreshing brew.

Jul 18, 2009 12oz my brother grabbed me in Nashville. Pours golden with a tan head. Nose is sweet with touches of bananas and spice. Taste is sweet light and all in all a pretty tasty Hefe. Yum.

Aug 1, 2005 Music City Brewfest 2005 - Cloudy yellow, thick foamy head. Stats with the familiar "wheat’ aomas - banana and bubble gum. Nicely sweet, with the banana and bubble gum echoed in the flavors. Very restrained hops, and finishes with fluffy, refreshing flourish.
