| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 5, 2009 Draft at Flying Saucer. Pours a hazy amber orange with a white head. Aroma of floral and piney hops. Medium bodied with average carbonation. The malt profile is rather tame, giving way to the hops, which start with a tangerine flavors and transition to pine and grapefruit. The finish is semi-dry, slighly grassy, and heavy on grapefruit rind and hop resin. Not bad, but I liked 11 better. BeerHawk (1175), Huntsville, Alabama, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 31, 2009 Growler shared by lithy. Poured a slightly hazed orange with an off-white head that settles to a ring and left thick lacing. Aromas of pine resin, floral, and a malt background. The flavor continues with pine and a balance of caramel and citrus. Medium body and a mild bitterness. I missed #9, but #10 is my favorite so far. Can’t wait for these Projects to be bottled! nqualls (1428), Nashville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 31, 2009 Updated: Apr 10, 2009On draft at the brewpub. Poured a dark gold color with a fluffy off white head. The aroma was very citrusy, dominated mainly by grapefruit. Other notes of bready malt and a hint of flowers were present. The flavor was well balanced, with a solid malt base and a full grapefruit flavor and finish. This one gets back on track with the 8 and 9 variations. Still, it isn’t as good as number 9.
