i actually had Hop Project #4, but i’ll just rate it here. this was v. good, maybe had high APV but maybe i was just hungry.

Sampled at the Knoxville Brewer’s Jam Oct ’07. They snuck this keg on without warning and I was lucky to be there to get a sample as it wasn’t part of their regular offering at the Jam. Pour produced a big, thick, long lasting head over a copper body. Light malt and citrus hop aroma. Well balanced, plenty of malt and hop usage.

Pours amber with a fully receding off-white head. Aroma of sweet grapefruit, amarillo, and sour citrus. Taste is citric, lightly acidic, mango and flowery hops, moderate bitterness to finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, lightly resinous with moderate carbonation. I’d call this hop project a success.
