Commercial Description:
A new version of an American classic. Our Yazoo Pale Ale bursts with spicy, citrusy hop aroma and flavor, coming from the newly discovered Amarillo hop. The wonderful hop aroma is balanced nicely with a toasty malt body, ending with a cleansing hop finish. Made with English Pale, Munich, Vienna, and Crystal malts, and generously hopped with Amarillo, Perle, and Cascade hops. Fermented with our English ale yeast.

Bottle thanks to cavie. Pours a hazy yellow with a white fizzy head. Aroma of faint fruit, faint malt, I think I even might have gotten a hint of banana or bubble gum. Flavor is some what candy like, a faint hint of malt and fruit with a little sign of citrus. Mouth feel is light body with a weak medium carbonation. Overall, it’s a some what tasty lager......

The malt was a little bland and this beer was slightly too bitter, although it didn’t taste very hoppy. Has a watery mouthfeel. This beer wasn’t horrible, but it was very forgettable and middle of the road.

Pours yellow, slightly orange with a big white head. Aroma is slight skunk, corn, and bitter hops. Flavor is sweet cornbread with a dusty dry finish from the hops but not much hop flavor. Burning carbonation but goes down smooth.

Pours an off-white head with legs and a golden amber body. Smells of hops and malt. Flavor is floral hops and caramelized malt. Hoppy for a PA, which I like, compared with the malty PAs.
