Nose is pale malt, strange rotten egg tone. Also some smell of one of those lollipops you use to get from the bank, a mix between a yellow and orange one. Nice mild pale malt flavors. Mouth is light/medium body. robertjm (414), El Cerrito, California, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 26, 2009 (trade with Suttree). Pours slight head, about 1/4 inch high, but it falls pretty quickly. Not much hop aroma despite what the bottle says. Body is on the orange side of the spectrum. Nice and clear with small bubbles in the middle of the glass. Thin body with bight on the crisp side. Flavor reminds me more of an English pale than an American one. DerBiermeister (524), Birmingham, Alabama, USA

Pours a nice copper color with a small white head. Aroma is corn, biscuit, malt touch of hops. Flavor is breaady malts, corn, and a kiss of hops. Easy to drink, and not entirely flavorless, but pretty average as far as pale ales go. punkeedo (465), San Antonio, Texas, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Mar 23, 2009 2009 Tap. A run-of-the-mill pale ale. Aroma of hops and yeast. Appears gold and watery with little head. Hops are surprisingly strong in this one, but overall a watery finish. Not great. Avengedpoet (325), Mesa, Arizona, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 21, 2009 Picked up in Paris, TN. Pours a very light copper with about half a finger head. Aroma is of biscuity malts and a slight Amarillo cat pee/fecal smell. Taste is very very light - almost Pilsener-like. There is a distinct Amarillo hop bite with the essence of the hop’s taste...but no real taste. Mostly I get a lot of buiscuity/bready malts coming through. A somewhat un-balanced beer. Interesting to try, but not as good as I had hoped. daknole (3027), Scottsdale, Arizona, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 10, 2009 Bottle from puggy, thanks!!! Pours a nice gold color with a very scant white head. Aroma isn’t half bad. Some caramel malt as expected with some light citrus hop notes. Flavor starts out pretty nice with ample caramel malts and some light hops, but the finish is a tad bitter and not too pleasant.
