| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 24, 2008 Gold and lightly hazy with a thin head. Aroma is a lot like an EPA. Some toasted malt, English malts, light spicy hops, and maybe a little citrus. Flavors of toasted malts, English malts, caramel, some mild citrus, lemon, some sweet fruity malt. Finishes a little spicy and pretty clean. Nothing special, but well done and drinkable. tronraner (1916), Seymour, Tennessee, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 13, 2008 This beer pours a copper color with a light white head. Some good lacing on this if I might add. The aroma is more in the EPA than APA mold. I get a lot of caramel with some citrus and dark fruit. The flavor is rather malty and similar to an ESB with some caramel, lemons, and hints of grapefruit. This is not amazing but works as a session beer for sure. keghead (15), USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 9, 2008 This is a local beer that I get often. I thought I liked it more than my rating shows. Light floral and piney aroma. Flavor is the same with a piney finsh. Doesn’t burst with flavor like some other pale ales to me.
