Commercial Description:
A new version of an American classic. Our Yazoo Pale Ale bursts with spicy, citrusy hop aroma and flavor, coming from the newly discovered Amarillo hop. The wonderful hop aroma is balanced nicely with a toasty malt body, ending with a cleansing hop finish. Made with English Pale, Munich, Vienna, and Crystal malts, and generously hopped with Amarillo, Perle, and Cascade hops. Fermented with our English ale yeast.

On tap at Flying Saucer Cordova. Pours hazy golden orange with white head. Aroma is hops, citrus and some malt. Flavor is light hops, citrus, and caramel malts. Rather light on palate and easy drinker. Little complexity and average APA.

Bottle from lithy. Darkish orange color, small head that faded away quickly. Decent aroma for a pale ale. Little corn, malt and some hops. Taste is sweet malt, typical pale ale. Average texture. Overall... just a TN tick.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits and hops, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

( 12oz bottle thanks to Cavie) Pours yellow with nice head. Nose of honey and light hops. Taste of sweet malt, nice citrus hops, linger of sweet honey and malts. Honestly I thought it was awesome for the style.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of brentfeesh. Pours a cloudy amber with an off-white head. Weird tart and fruity aroma. Medium body, overripe fruit and vitamin C. Dry, tart and astringent finish. Off I’m afraid. 230909
