Drew (2377), Kent, Ohio, USA Jun 13, 2007 Light yellow, light white head. Aroma is lightly lemon, a little wheat. Zingy tart taste, but after the first sip it just loses everything and finishes sugary sweet.
grimreeser (739), Minnesota, USA Oct 7, 2008 Pours a clear gold with a decent sized head. Aroma is citrus. Flavor is sweet and tart. I’m sure this is infected, but looking at the average score of this, it very likely works in the brewers favor this time. Nice berliner weisse. undsioux7 (506), Cologne, Minnesota, USA Oct 5, 2008 pours pale yellow/gold with a fizzy head. Aroma is sweet malt/wheat. Taste is lemony and very tart. Not good. douglas88 (828), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA Aug 18, 2008 Bottle bought in Yellowstone NP. Pours a clear orange color with a tiny white head. The aroma is sweet malts, and some light citrus. The flavor was very sweet malts, a glue-like flavor. Some light citrus and baked apples. The mouthfeel was quite carbonated and smooth. An OK brew, BeerFanDan17 (397), Land O Lakes, Florida, USA Apr 7, 2008 (cleaning out my beer bottle collection as pictured in my profile and utilizing ratebeer.com)
As I recall, I had this in December of ’02. Very light wheat with hints of citrus. RSRIZZO (1027), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Dec 2, 2007 Had this beer on 10/30/2002. Aroma is a light sweet malt scent. Color is a bright gold with very good carbonation and a nice head. Taste is light and very sweet. Starting with a light body it goes down smooth with a bitter feel. Finish is a heavy sweet taste backed by an odd bitterness. It’s not that bad to drink but it is a bit to heavy.
