Feb 28, 2006 Cask (handpump) at the Four Chestnuts, Chichester. Pale amber colour. Citric and uncompromisingly dry. Very hoppy flavour, with the emphasis on grapefruit. Rather sharp in the mouth with an austere feel overall. This makes for a crisp, refreshing, beer, although it could hardly be described as complex. I rather like this style of beer. Others may not.
