Aug 1, 2007 Cask at Aikmans Cellar Bar, St Andrews. The 4.2% was scrawled on in pen, so I’m assuming this was the ABV. Clears slowly to a golden-straw coloured beer with a thin bubbly white head. Hoppy with some yeast. Some hoppy citrus and some grassiness. Very grassy hop with a touch of caramel biscuit malt. Quite harsh and rough on the palate. Bit bogstandard, really.
