Commercial Description:
Yorkshire Cider is a still medium dry cider made using native Yorkshire apple varieties as well as traditional cider apples. Light, refreshing and full of the goodness of the great county's fruit, Yorkshire cider is wholesome, honest and straightforward - just like Yorkshire folk.

Barrel at GBBF 2007. An unclear golden cider with no head. The aroma is slightly acidic and apply. The flavor is sweet with light notes of cardboard and apples as well as a slight acidity. The body is somewhat thin - a boring cider.

A Mes rate: Barrel at GBBF. Golden colour. Very mellow, slightly sweet and drinkable. Swift dry finish. Boring but very refreshing.

Bottle, from Proudfoot in Barton upon Humber. Deep gold, flat. Pleasant green apple aromas, quite thin and surprisingly unalcoholic in the mouth with a gentle soft apple skin dryness, short brief apple juice in the finish.

Bottle. Clear gold colour.Slightly musty aroma, not much of an aroma actually. Palate is a little apple juicy, thin with no complexity. Slight musty apple, with a watery acidity. Some alcohol noticed.
