Decent aroma. Flavor was about as good. Characteristic of its style. Not exactly a favorite of mine.

amber colored with an off-white head. fruity, bit flowery, yeasty aroma. tastes hoppy, caramel, toffee-like, bit citrussy, bit sweet, bitterish. finishes quickly and watery. overall a nice ale, but a bit too thin.

Red colour, thick head, lasts long. Smooth, fruity flavour with a very nice, lasting bitter end. Definitely a good ale.

Poured amber. This was decent on the nose, taste was about right for an english ale. Pretty god.

Another dull english ale. a decent caramel like aroma, but a nasty bourbon like taste. smooth palate. poor hops, and lively carbonation.

Dark amber with a bubbly, beer enginey, off white head. Goldings aroma with a litte caramel and notes of lemon, raisins, and toast. Bland, soda watery flavour; anemic caramel malt with no hops and only a faint bitterness. Quite a bit of carbonation for a "real ale" recreation. Light body. Lifeless.

Clear brown with a thin tan head. Head dissipates rapidly in the glass. Sweet, nutty nose, with some caramel. Watery mouthfeel with very little carbonation. Very mild finish, slightly sweet. Overall, um, inoffensive - blah. Just kinda boring.

Clear brown with a beige head, caramel and nutty scents. Nutty sweet malts quickly overtaken by bitter hops with a sugary follow. The flavor finishes quickly. A bit thin and has a "soda water" feel. Flavor is fair enough, easy drinking, just unimpressive.
