The aroma is rather weak but is pleasant and mostly of caramel malts.
Taste is also mainlly of malts though a small hop bite does peek out at the end.
Mouthfeel is ok but rather over carbonated.
I liked this ,its pretty simple and i could drink a few.

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 25, 2005 Bottle. Pours a copper-orange color with a huge off white head. Faint musty aroma. Somewhat fruity taste with an ever so slight bitter finish. Drinkable, but nothing special here. However, I would like to try one poured from the tap. flutetokill (515), Fresno, California, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 29, 2004 A smooth example of an English pub ale. Its medium-bodied and amber in color with a white head. It has a little bit of toffee/caramely malt flavor that is followed by something that reminded me of steamed veggies (green beans, cooked frozen corn). Pretty mild in bitterness, and drinkable. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 20, 2004 Dark amber colored, little beige head. Mildly bitter and caramelly aroma, not very strong aroma. Thin to medium body. Flavor has sweet start and some roasted tones, ends with mild caramel and medium bitterness, which lasts long. Expected more out of this beer. Emil (6074), Copenhagen, Denmark

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Nov 24, 2004 Blah brown under a tan head. Malty, fruity sweet nose. Not very intense. A very bland beer. Not so much one-dimensional as non-dimensional. Or I’m just in a pissy mood.
