Jun 27, 2003 Nice dark amber beer with a good head. Nice full aroma. Astringent and fruit tinged nose. Decent bitter flavor withy hints of acid and fruit. A good beer. Medum mouthfeel with some creaminess.

Jun 13, 2003 Head is average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear dark amber. Aroma is lightly hoppy (flowers, herbs), lightly malty (cookie, toasted grain). Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly acidic, moderately bitter, slightly husky. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly astringent. Faint and slightly grainy aroma, off-kilter flavor balance, watery...this just isn't appealing to any of my senses.

Jun 1, 2003 Clear redish brown body a very small, quickly vanishing white head. Not much aroma, just a little sweetness. Taste is very thin and weak, a slight bitterness was all that came through. Pretty boring and not very good.

May 14, 2003 a good session beer, nice smooth hoppiness a little fizzy but finnishes with a nice maltiness maybey a little bit of a carmel aftertaste
