This is one of my first good stouts and i had to have two to get the taste for it. Aroma is slightly burnt malt and coffee, taste is bitter coffee and bitter chocolate, nice. Quite a mouthful, not overly thick, but one to sip, though once i finished one and had to have another. Around good beer, one to try again if i can find it. Re-Rating : This is an amazing stout, iv had a few now and its become one of my favourate beers. I think it should br drunk from the bottle though, seems to have more flavour that way. Amazing stuff if u can get your hands of it.

Bottle... This beer rocks!... The aroma is that of a mocha cappacino. It’s a very, very dark brew with creamy, smooth coffee and big chocolate flavor. It finishes silky yet crisp as it is very well balanced. It’s not sweet, nor does it have a bite. Just a delicious desert beer!

Chocolate and vanilla, sweet and thin, with minimal roast, a bit unexciting, but easy to drink, not complex at all, some nice flavour though.

This stout has a very distinctive chocolate flavor and medium head. I would try this one again.

All I can say is that I wish more breweries would use chocolate, and I’m not talking about chocolate malt. This beer is more like a desert. I would like to float in this sea of velvet which wouldn’t be too difficult, since it is pretty dense. A great combination and very well balanced all-around. The half liter bottle is not enough...

16.9oz bottle-pours a foamy to bubbly diminishing light brown head and black color. Aroma is dark chocolate, dark malt. Taste is dark chocolate, dark malt, some acidic/bitter hops. Smooth. OK/mild carbonation. Thanks jwc215 for sharing.

very dark in colour, almost black. Aroma is made up by coffee and chocolate. Flavor is like a cup of coffee with cream and chocolate. Palate is smooth and velvet like.
