Poured with practically no head, however it had a delicious chocolate aroma. The body was thin like others said, but it was a nice change. The flavor matched the aroma with the taste of chocolate. I would have preferred more hops in the finish, but overall, this was a GREAT chocolate stout.

If you are looking for chocolate, you will sure find it here! You can taste it throughout. I am partial to porters and stouts anyway, but this is very good stuff. This actually tastes better than Rogue Chocolate Stout, but it scored lower because of the faint aroma. Update: Tried this beer in nitro cans on 6/11/06 and it is a good bit better.. more chocolate comes through in the aroma and flavor.

Im not a huge chocolate fan, that is why this lacks in my flavour department. Other than the extremely apparent chocolate taste it also has a sweet after taste. Hard to drink more than two in a row.

MY favourite beer!! Excellent full-bodied taste followed by a mellow chocolate after-taste. Exquisite!

Dark brown. Soft maltiness, slightly roasrt, nice strong flavours of dark chocolate. Very tasty!
