A fair amount of malt. Starts hoppy then sinks in the middle. Floral and citrus rises in the aftertaste to redeem the beer. Lightly sweet. Comes acros more as a nice APA than IPA.

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Dec 5, 2009 Pours an alarmingly clear dull straw yellow with not much in the way of a head. Hibiscus, salty, anglo hop nose... feelings of apprehension... oh no. I have bought a six pack of swill. Watery malting, light anglo hops with more hibiscus finish, and then nothing. Thin watered-down body with decent carbonation. Sessionable only in that it does not so much offend as disappoint, and the hibiscus thing is kind of interesting. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 19, 2009 Thanks Parksy, for having this ready for me upon my return to Canada! Pours an orange-golden with an average white head. Fruity and resinous hop aroma, with the balance tipped toward fruity. Nicely balanced sweet malt and fruity resinous hops, with the balance tipped toward resinous bitterness. Very tasty! patricks110 (285), Alberta, Canada
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 16, 2009 Easy drinking IPA. Aroma of hops, grass, and citrus. Lacing is minimal. Pour is a light copperish gold with a small whitish head. Taste is hoppy and grassy. Overall, the hops are not overpowering. Slightly unpleasant aftertaste of bitterness. Overall, great beer. I will buy again if I can find it.
