A fresh blonde beer, classic, 5° Alc., pale yellow colour, a light aroma with a delicate yeasty fragnance, and an enjoyable fruity taste.

Draught: Poured a hazy yellow with a thick white head. Aroma is hops and yeast. Taste is a citrus fruit and hops, very raw and refreshing. This is a nonfiltered pils that gets you back to the way these beers should taste.

Draught at Salone Della Birra Artigianale e di Qualità 2007, Milan
With Saaz hops

Hazy light blond color. Nice hop aroma, almost of sweat, dust (?). Some residual sweetness, light malt flavor, reasonable hop, partially aromatic.

Bottled 0,75L. Medium and enough escaping foam. Yellow straw-like in color, much hazy and veiled. Yielded and sour scent, much complex and seasoned with spices. Grapes and apple’s rumors. Bitter practically absent. Medium and unusual end. Little crisp and mellow.

Bottled conditioned. Honest pilsener, not filtered, nor pasteurized. Yeast and hops in the nose, quite good malty mouthfeel.

[on tap, "Da Gianni", Gorizia] Slightly hazy yellow body. Herbal, yeasty aroma ( barnyard), not very strong. Taste is moderately malty (bread) crisp and dry with an average hoppy finish.
