Draught at Salone Della Birra Artigianale e di Qualità 2007, Milan
Beautiful hazy amber color with red shades; creamy head. Soft aroma, hop, caramel, milk chocolate. Medium body, some malt and a lot of caramel, hint of dark chocolate, low bitterness, but pleasant.

Bottled 0,75L. Friable and compact foam, slightly escaping. Beautiful clearly red color, nearly orange, much limpid and bubbly. Sour and spiced scent, much artificial and unusual. Fresh taste, lacking in bitter, little decipherable and refreshing. Light rumors of cinnamon and grape. Innovative.

[75 cl bottle] Poured a deep orange body, sormounted by a beautiful whitish head, mostly lasting. Caramel, fruit and hops in the aroma. Tastes nice but ends with a distinct sour note that left me wondering... I’ll have to re-rate this one day. Not bad anyway.
