Quack-Duck (1698), Bodensee, Germany May 12, 2008 bottle, thank you MoritzF! Light amber-golden colour, large fluffy head, slightly hazy. Hoppy nose. Full-bodied, malty background with lovely hoppy flvaours, grassy and herbal. The hop flavour reminds me of Tettnang lagers. Hoppy and dry finish, long-lasting aftertaste. Lively carbonation.
