Dec 25, 2007 33 cL bottle, Kerstbierfestival 2007 in Essen/Belgium. Pours copper brown with a lacing off-white head. Caramel malty aroma with a vague spice note. Flavour is mild sweet with an acidic note and a nice yeasty flavour. Ends lingering yeasty, lovely.

Jan 2, 2008 Bottle @ Kerstbierfestival 2007 in Essen, BE. Clear dark amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, coffee. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. (Malt / coffee bitter) Body is medium to light, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (151207)
