Draught. A hazy medium golden beer with anice, large, mostly lating white head. The aroma is quite malty with some hops and note sof bread, grass and herbs. The flavour is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Enough clean. Almost medium body, lively carbonation. dry finish with medium bitterness. A bit thin, but not so bad.

500 ml bottle. From Cochem, Germany. Hazy yellow colour with huge white head. Sweet wheaty malty aroma with lots of citrus. Citrus, grain, malt, wheat and hops in flavour. Quite thin.

50cl Bottle from Aktiv Markt. Cloudy light yellow colour, white head. Aroma of some lemon and grain, but almost absent. Flavour is light soapy, hint of lemon, bit of wheat, light grainy cardboard finish. Very light in everything. Light to medium bodied. Again artificial.

Aroma was boring. Smelt of yeast and hops. Pretty good looking beer with a hazy gold body. Disappointing fast disappearing head and no lacing. Flavor was strong of hops but hardly a good balence of malt. I expected a lot more but I’ll still drink the rest of this one.

50cl bottle poured into a dimpled mug. Aroma is light citrus and grass. Pours hazy straw with a small amount of white head. Very light taste with a bit of hops at the end. Very short finish. Medium carbonation. Sessionable but rather boring.

[bottle] Pleasant aroma of fresh hops together with a little sulfury base malt. Hazy, dark yellow with a white cover that drops to a thin, little island and ring. Crisp and fresh and young, with sulfur, German lager. Above average, but still lacking malt and balanced on the bitter side. Light to medium body, medium carbonation, crisp and slightly bitter finish.

had this beer at the castle in Bacharach, Germany. Bottle, unfiltered golden color, really nice for a Keller beer, with some aromatic and tart notes, with a nice finish.

Light hazy yellow beer with a vanishing white head. Harsh metallic, sour aroma. Virtually no predominant flavour, and it finishes before you even swallow - utterly strange. Some oily bread in there. An OK dry hay touch, but that doesn’t save it - my worst (because flavourless) kellerbier so far. The hops on the label looked so promising!
