Cloudy golden, small head. Concentrated hay aroma. Densely malty with just the right amount of oily butterscotch. Finishes with medium biterness. The superb malt softness in combination with the rich flavours makes this beer a standout amongst Czech pale beers. oh6gdx (8948), Vasa, Finland

The last, eleventh beer of the Vinarna Hrozen tasting at the RBESG 2008. Pale golden coloured, small white head. Soft malty and strong hay taste with notes of butterscotch and barnyard. In comparison with other 10 beers tried in Hrozen, this one goes somewhere in the middle. Doggythedog (1591), Split, Croatia
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 3, 2008 Beer no.11 at the RBESG Vinarna Hrozen tasting. Poured a murky yellow body with a medium-small white head . A buttery nose with some rice crispies. Quite pungent. The taste was nice enough too, rice crispies and butter with a nice hop bitterness. Again, thought it was quite nice, but it didn’t rock my boat, maybe because it was so long into the tasting. DSG (1514), Tel Aviv, Israel
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 9, 2008 (6/27/08) Draught (or maybe plastic canister?) at Vinarna Hrozen in Plzen. Hazy golden-colored. Aroma of yeast and some butterscotch. Sweetish flavor with (missing word in the notes), and later some decent grassy hoppy bitterness. Medium-bodied. Good flavor, aroma is not so good. Ungstrup (15337), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 20, 2008 Draft at Vinarna Hrozen during RBESG 2008. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of diacethyl and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, Saaz hops, and diacethyl. The diacethyl is a drawback for me.
