Draught at the brewpub. Black with a yellowish tan head. A sweet caffeine aroma. Dry, roasted palate with light coffee flavour and a touch of bitterness in the finish.

(Draught at Pivovarsky Klub, Prague, 22 July 2008) Dark brown colour with brief, pale brown head. Malty, roasted nose with dark rye bread and dried fruit. Malty, roasted taste with notes of dark rye bread and chocolate. Fairly sweet, but nicely balanced with a bittersweet finish. Nice one.

On tap athe Pivovarsky Klub in Prague. Very dark ruby and amber coloured, middle sized beige head, relatively quickly collapsing, more dry than sweet roasted malty to coffeeish nose with a fruity (black berries) tuoch, moderate bitter and sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, short dark malty finish with a light, delicate coffeeish tinge in the aftertaste. A good one.........
