It pours a murky orange beer with a wonderfully remaining lacing off-white head. Yeasty aroma of tarragon, clove, paté, charcoal and coriander- reminiscent of belgian wit. Slightly astringent acidic taste with some candy coming through after a few sips- lovely. Medium bodied. Low bitterness. Nice creamy palate. White grapes, beech wood, clove and orange peel in the finish which is nicely smoky and remarkably long. Slight fish appearing late in the aftertaste. A beer with plenty of character. I enjoyed the taste more than the aroma. Thanks a lot Bov! Bov (5445), Bienne, Switzerland
