Poured brown with a ruby tint and scarcely any head. What is there is light tan. Aroma of cherry and cranberry that is more sweet than anywhere nere tart/sour. Sweet fruity berry flavor that again is really lacking tartness. Woodiness on the finish. If I didn’t know the style I would just think it is a fruit beer or even a wood aged one. Kind of disppointing since I thought it was going to be delighted by something sour and stinky. Medium to full body.

Bottled. Red brown coloured with a fast disappearing beige head. Acidic aroma with notes of fruits and wood, but not much aroma at all. Fruity flavour with notes of bread and wood and some acidic notes. Watery finish.

(Bottle 25 cl) Brown with a ruby-red tint. Some caramel flavours that are rapidly erased by the dominating sourness. Sour ales are always refreshing in small quantities, this is no exception. 070893

Brown-reddish collor with medium beige head. Cerial aroma’s, old bread (zuurdesembrood), nuts, bread pudding and youghurt. Taste is a bit thin, has hints of brown bread, lacks some body and has this strange light-sweet middel pallet. It ends with a buttermilk finish.

Dark ruby color, small but steady coffee head, lace. Sour berries in the nose, also some roasted malts like in dark lager. Sourness mixed with chocolate, berry-like and candy sugar sweetness. Finishing quite watery. Mild sourness and decent carbonation makes this quite easy Flemish sour ale.

Dark brown with hints of red in color, little brown head. Sour, some berry tones in aroma, reminds me of some lambics. Sweet in start, also some berrys and sourness in flavor, ends with mild carbonation and lasting dryness.

Poured a brown hue with a small tan head. Flavors of light sour funk, brown sugar and a light bitterness.

The worst sour brwn ever. Little acidity very little malt and what else should a sour brown be?
