Nose starts with chalk, bit nutty, brown bread, ending in buttermilk. Very bready taste again, with a lactic aroma retronasal, sourish palate. Watery, thinnish texture. Very plain, unremarkable. doesn't even come near the real Oud Bruin style, or the old Anglo-Belge on which it is based. A dark, lactic lager. SteC (128), Oostende, Belgium
