TaxiDriver (547), Stadland, Germany Aug 6, 2008 Bottle. Grassy and hoppy smell with light citrus and malt. A large white creamy-foamy head, which is normal long lasting. The body is pale yellow. The taste is light acidic and moderate bitter. The body is light to medium with a dry texture and a soft carbonation, later on it gets a little bit creamy - nice. A good Pils. Quack-Duck (1908), Bodensee, Germany Jun 18, 2008 bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear strawy yellow, medium-sized head. Hoppy and perfumy nose. Crisp and very hoppy, flowery and perfumy. Solid malty background. A good Pilsener with lovely perfumy hoppy flavours.
