Jan 24, 2006 A dark yellow beer with a bubbly collapsing white head. The aroma is very complex with notes of yeast, dust, grapefruit, and more, that I can’t put a name to. The flavor is sweet and quity citrusy, combined with light notes of yeast and a dusty hoppy note.
