Draught at Piwiarnia Żywiecka, glass 300 ml, extract of wort 12,5%
Appearance: Body is very characteristic of that particular beer, golden strawy colour. Body is very gentle sparkling. Head is small, white, frothy, giving a bit lacing, colour is almost like pee but still golden, very well filtered, clean and transparent body, very unusual in colour, good quality and straw beer but so clear because really and authentically made of mountain water.
Aroma: Hoppy, flowery aroma, a bit malty, creamy, a bit chalky, nothing extraordinary but again good quality, a bit citrusy (lemon), bisquity.
Flavour: Hoppy, smooth, nice bitterness and hoppy nose, on the other hand watered malty sweetness on palate (but not much), some hints of grain, a bit crispy, refreshing, a bit fruity especially citrusy, finish is dull, light bitter and light sweet. Finish duration is rather short or rather smooth, bisquity.
Palate: Texture of body is dry, body is medium to full, smooth, creamy, nice, carbonation is soft, finish is a bit chalky but mainly refreshing hoppy.
