Pours a very light yellow and a white head, but the scent has more to it than the color that meets the eye. Nice hoppiness in the taste as well. Better than most international lagers. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 28, 2006 Small, white head of coarse lace subsides quickly into a thin white ring. Clear yellow body. Fruity, lemony aroma with hints of coriander and perhaps some caraway.Taste is surprisingly full and malty with hints of wheat. Aftertaste is bitter. Mouthfeel somewhat watery. Some off flavours. Quite unusual, OK, but not too exciting. vanvenlo (794), Glen Iris, Australia

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Dec 31, 2005 Bottle. Yellow, small frothy white head - lots of bubbles streaming up in the glass. Skunky hop aroma - not bad, but standard Euro lager stuff. Taste was surprisingly fresh light malt - very thin and bland, but quenching. Mild sweetness that comes off a little syrupy - this beer could use the carbonation the streaming bubbles suggest. Better than I expected, but I wouldn’t buy again. yngwie (5071), Kristiansand, Norway

Aroma is mostly hay and grains, with some maltyness. Rich malty flavor with some fruityness. Medium body and low on bitterness. Rating: 3-3-6-3-12-2.7. 051210
Bottle. It pours a clear, straw body under a decent white head. Some lacings occur. Grainy, slightly sickingly nose but not bad. Grass, pale malts, hay, fruit-syrup and a little bitterness in the flavor. Medium body. Short, fruity finish with low bitterness. Re-drinking this one, I can’t imagine what made me give a 6 for flavor last time. Drinkable, nothing more. 091122
