Bottle. Pours black with thick tan head, spotty lacing. Faint aroma of dark roasted malt and sweet molasses. Initial flavor is semi sweet, with flavors of molasses, medium roast coffee, unsweetened bakers chocolate. Mouthfeel is a nice velvety medium. Smooth, dry, mildy bitter finish that is balanced between sugary and roasty. Boy this is easy to drink. The alcohol is well hidden, and I only pick it up as it gets warm. A bold beer that drinks like a session...I love it!. This is excellent

Bottle, 0,33l. The aroma contains strong burned malt, with something sweet, maybe strawberries or roses. Small although surprisingly big head which stays in the glass. The beer is completely black. Strong, heavy body. Sweet chocolatey malt on the tongue, but this turns into alcohol in the aftertaste. Maybe that’s a part of the charm.

Dark clear brown pour. Attractive light tan creamy head. Sugary dark chocolate aroma, some fruit. Metallic sweet porter taste. A little ashiness in the taste background. Good flavor, but a bit much if you aren’t in the mood.

A little disappointing. Poured a dark black-brownish color with a decent but not impressive initial head. Lacing was weak and the head dissipated quickly. The aroma was chocolate-like and somewhat sweet, but not clean and crisp. The flavor was a mix of chocolate, caramel, and bubblegum. This one seemed to be hiding the same corniness of its pale lager amidst all that and a bunch of carbonation. Not a crisp and clean baltic, so this one took a sharp hit within style, although I’d drink it before many another beer out there. I was shocked that it was 9.5 abv, cuz hiding the alcohol was the only plus to this beer w/in the style, imo.

Bottle: Dark rown with a lovely light brown head. Aromas of alcohol, roasted nuts and brown sugar. Initially, there is a metallic trip to it, but then it subsides. It is a sweet porter and not as much of the charcoal (must be the Baltic). I like the thicker feel as opposed to the thin, oily feel of a standard porter. Great Polish brew. Could someone please give me a bratwurst?

(0.33L Bottle) Pours black with no head. Looks very similar to Coke. Aroma of alcohol and a bit of chocolate. Taste is of roasted, bitter coffee with a slightly alcoholic aftertaste. Rich and complex, and surprisingly not overly alcoholic tasting.

Aroma of roasted malty, coffee and light alcohol. Black colour and light brown, small size, rapidly almost fully diminishing head with fair lacing. Heavily roasted malty (almost burned), moderately bitter, licorice, coffee and fruity flavour. Good quality Baltic porter
