Very dark amber coloured, almost black as a polish priest’s garment, long lasting brown firm froth; big nose: sweetish, fruity, mainly malty (roasted malts, hints of smoked malts, tar(?), liquorice); very deep, complex intensive taste: begins sweet, a bit like a sweetened coffee, soon switching over to liquorice notes, ending dry with hints of bitter-chocolate; long lasting dryish aftertaste; full bodied with well hidden alcohol (9.5%), warming, moreish....... Wow: beautiful ! Dziekuje, MoritzF, get a new one............

Dark brown colour with a small but lasting beige head, that makes laces. Fruity aroma with notes of alcohol and liquorice. Nice flavour with lots of liquorice and chocolate, and notes of alcohol and hops. Aftertaste of chocolate and hops. It’s a bit amazing, that this good porter is cheaper than most other porters in Denmark.

Bottle. Liqourice, treacle, a hint of coffee and rich malty aromas. Sweetness builds into mouthcoating syrup. Carbonation is artificial and intrusive at first - emphasising thinness of the body. Drinkable given the strength.

Bottle courtesy of BierKonig!!! Deepest black with mild ruby hues. Long lived tan head which leaves good lacing. Aromas of roasted grains, little hints of dark fruits. Full bodied and very smooth. Alcohol can be noticeable in aroma and flavor but not overpowering. Very nicely done Baltic Porter. Thanks Jeppe!!

Dark color. Interesting aroma: caramel, nuts, roasted malt. And the taste goes along.... Thanks Jens (Ungstrup) for this bottle!
