Perry

The Perry, also known as Pear Cider or Poiré, is an alcoholic beverage made from fermented pears, similar to the way cider is made from apples. The Quince Cider is also included in this style, since the quince is a fruit from the same family as the pear and offer a rather similar finished product. (Note that if the product is an Apple Cider made with a Pear addition, it should go in the Flavored Apple Cider style.)
