Maytag, Fritz

Fritz Maytag (born December 9, 1937) was the developer and owner of Anchor Brewing Company in San Francisco. Maytag is credited with demonstrating the viability of small-scale, premium quality beers in a market dominated by national and international brewing companies and thereby spawning the worldwide Craft Beer Movement.
