that’s actually rather horrific. don’t forget there were people in those forklifts when all those shelves and palates full of glass bottles (and whatever else) crashed down on top of them. a rather serious matter, as evidenced by the rush of workers desperately trying to free at least one of the trapped forklift operators.

having a friend who works in a warehouse around massive shelves of products that could crush you at any given odd chance, very scary, dangerous, and sad indeed.

hopefully, the drivers survived.

I definitely thought someone would have died. Anybody walking around would have been mutilated. 11/3/2009 1:10:24 PM

It wasn’t anything. Just another staged video. Did any of you actually see any bottles come out of those boxes?

Didn’t think so.

Not beer. It looks like a bunch of empty cardboard boxes. It also looks fake. I mean who drives a forklift that fast knowing whats stacked around you? Having worked for a beer distributor,I’ve seen pallets stacked 5 high collapse and it was a friggin mess. Also, forklifts are fortified to withstand something falling on it, to a certain degree. And what kind of horrible ass structure crumbles like that? Bogus 11/3/2009 1:33:15 PM

CNN aired it and reported that it was Vodka. Has there been some type of confirmation that it was staged? hmmm...

I love me some Russian Vodka

Wow, scary looking. I have worked in a large warehouse where the product was stacked two palates high for three levels of racks. I hated when I had to go to that third level and saw a palate get dumped from that high a couple of times.

And that level of damage is entirely possible, forklifts have a lot more weight and power to them than people think.
