  rom today’s alesmith newsletter:
As promised, Kopi Luwak Speedway Stout has returned! Tom Nickel and our friends at O’Brien’s will be serving up this rare treat starting at 6pm on Tuesday, November 10th. For those unfamiliar with Kopi Luwak, this one-of-a-kind coffee is frequently referred to as "weasel poop" coffee and, yes, passes through the digestive system of the Asian Palm Civet. It also happens to be one of the most expensive coffees on the planet.
Some have said that Speedway Stout has never tasted better than when previously made with Kopi Luwak coffee. We’ll let you be the judge at O’Brien’s on Tuesday the 10th! But be sure to get there early, there’s only one keg!

No.
It is still a coffee stout regardless of the brand of roasted malt or the brand of coffee.

Wow, is that what was in the Breakfast Weasel too? Sometimes I just prefer to be ignorant of the details. That’s just nasty. I can’t imagine who first thunk that up. Maybe I should go read wiki on this one, LOL.

I thought the issue had more to do with the fact that when it was first ’released’ it wasn’t an open event so it wasn’t commercially available.
If your logic is right, then Mikkeler Brunch Weasel should be aliased to the standard version as well, right?

And hops are hops. All single-hop IPAs from the same brewer should be consolidated.
