My wife is leaving town for a few days on Saturday, April 8 and am considering a beer tasting at my house beginning at 4 PM. Is anything significant in the local beer world happening that day?

Not that I know of. Considering you are having a tasting at your house on an actual weekend, there is a better than normal chance I can make this. Ran it by Holly last night & sounds like she may be up for this as well. All this time & I’ve never seen your house - that alone is motivation.

I wont be able to make it. I might meet a new member of my family that day.

The April 8 tasting is a GO. 4 PM start time. Greg, it sounds like you might have better things to do on that date. And John, it will be great to have you and Holly. The house is modest and with my wife gone it will likely be dirty. Also, the East Side group will be here so it has the potential of being well attended.

Sounds like a plan Dave. Looks like things will be good on my end, but will let you know if anything changes. Hopefully we can raise a toast to Greg and the new addition.
