Did you dry hop? That is almost the more important question when asking about a long lasting head.

If you want to carbonate on the high side for an IPA then about 3/4 cup of dextrose per 5 gallons will get you there.

Dry hopped 5.5 oz whole leaf but only for about a week or so. Need the carboys for my Hefe this week.

Thanks

Went with the 3/4 cup per 5 gal.

The bottles have been sitting just shy of 2 weeks, cracked the first one today. Had a nice long lasting head......yum

thanks
