The bastards! They’ve made the date clash with my favourite beer festival *again*. If only there was a way of combining the two...

@martjoobolut care to shed some light on those good news? It’s been a while :D

Mostly there was talk about more breweries, i.e BrewDog was announced after the post. One of the reasons for the hold up was that BrewDog was kind of s*it last year, and they wanted them to have better line up this year. Since they have been announced, I assume/hope BrewDog will bring more interesting stuff this time. They also wanted Cigar City again, but since it has not been announced, I assume it didn’t work out. There was also talk about special showcase of Estonian breweries who don’t have enough (good) beers to be in the main line up (i.e. some of the gypsy breweries and maybe some who didn’t bring their A-game last time, don’t remember the specifics). Sounded very interesting to me. Hope that this will still happen, but I guess we have to wait and see.

Thanks for the update. Not sure its really relevant, but your comments on brewdog is totally spot-on. Remember seeking that AB:12 at the first festival, but after that their stand has just offered sorta placeholder beers. And personally I would love to see a kinda estonian (amateurish) brew stand there too. And while were at it, kinda for the fucks, why not invite any somehow accredited homebrewers from anywhere next time (would say all european countries have their own national hb comps nowadays). Wouldn’t be too surprised if a fresh homebrewed whatever would be voted best of show over whatever importer equivalent. Its a beer festival after all, not everything has to be ratebeerable..
