3 years has always been the sweet spot for me. Great levels of funk and fruity/tropical Brett complexity. |
I definitely preferred it fresh in Belgium. |

The funkier the better for me so the best one I tried was over 3 years old. Over 4 years and it seems to fall off a cliff. |
