for 5-10 lbs of wings

2 bottles of Franks Red hot
5 cloves of garlic finely diced
Stick of butter
oregano, parsley, onion powder, garlic salt, black pepper and adobo (sometimes i use smoked paprika as well, but use sparingly)

Bake the wings for 30 minutes @ 425.
Wash them and pat them dry
Dunk them in the wing sauce above
Bake for another 30-45 minutes @ 350
Pour the remainder of the sauce over them

Awesomeness!

I do the same for the most part, except I finish mine on the grill. I use sriacha as the base for my sauce, with lime juice, garlic and some lemongrass. Damn tasty.
