It depends on what it is, what kind of bottles you used, where you are storing them and how sanitary your bottling techniques are. I’ve had homebrew that’s over 10 years old that still tasted good and someone sent me an imperial stout that they bottled 3 months earlier that was infected and tasted like band aids.

jjpm74 is absolutely correct. I’ve had light beers last 2 years. (I drink them up too fast for them to last any longer.)I find the key, next to cleanliness, is to let any trapped air escape during bottling. I do this by placing the cap loosely on the bottle after it’s filled and letting it set for at least 20 minutes. This let’s the co2 drive off the air by way of it’s minimal fermentation. There are other methods also, but this works and costs no $. Kegging will work also using your co2 tank.

I’ve had homebrewed IPAs stored in a basement that stayed between 55 in winter and 70 in summer year round, was dark almost all of the time and was in closed boxes that didn’t start going downhill until two years.
I’ve had an imperial stout that didn’t start getting good until a year and a half and I ran out at about two and half years and it was still getting better.
Homebrew carefully handled and with minimum oxygen in bottling is going to last a while.
