Just FYI, I am sure there will be lots of dried tear and unshockedness all around, but Le Petite Colliers at Tokyo station, despite it being a rockbed of supporting on quality craft beer, has completely revamped. No more tasting bar and beer bottles, except for the three regular Tama No Megumi beers. It’s broadened its sake and wine selection though. I’ve basically rated it as such. Since the shop isn’t closed we can’t close this, but clearly it no longer deserves to be in the database. |
Wow! All the bottles gone apart from Tama no Megumi? |
A shame, for sure, because it was a good presence for Japanese craft. |
Originally posted by shoulderbroken Well no, they also had bottles of super dry and malts as well. Not a big loss. Hasegawa isn’t far away. Tim |
I’ve added Beer Ma, which is the bar connected with World Beer Market (sake no taniguchi), which is now called Beer Ma Base and moved locations (I’ve also updated the address). |
That’s weird. I heard that the selection was good, but that it is a bit lacking atmosphere wise. Keep meaning to go there but just don’t have any time at the moment. |
Originally posted by shoulderbroken Atmosphere is nothing special, but found customers really talkative and friendly, so that certainly helped out a lot. Not really a place to go to have a quiet one by yourself. Tim |
I left the Taniguchi in the name as it is in the URL for World Beer Market (on rakuten) but mostly for ease of tagging beers as being available there. World Beer generates lots of hits Taniguchi not so much. |
So I am arriving on the 24th and leaving January 6th. I will keep you posted where the share will be and the exact date. Hopefully Mikkeller will have a pop up around those days. |
Looking forward to it. I will be in Kobe around 23/24th but open most other days until very early Jan. Drank bitches! |
Pretty sure there are no more Mikkeller pop ups before the new bar. |
