Kirin Ichiban - Hong Kong/China

A mate was just in Hong Kong. I asked him to pick me up a local beer and he came back with a can of bloody Kirin Ichiban!

However, I note that it’s 5% ABV (as opposed to the 4.9% stated here), with Chinese script on it. I see there is a Russian version at 5%. Having done some research I see that Kirin Ichiban at 5% is brewed at Zhihai Kirin President Brewing Co in China. Any reason why this has never been added*?

If not, should the Russian version exist?!

Industrial lagers made at different locations don’t count as separate beers here. They never have.

In that case the Russian and German versions need to go too.
