oes anyone know much about making mead with mulberries. I have picked some and was thinking I had heard something about being sure not to use the red berries. Any thoughts on using these berries to make a mead? cheers!cheerstevo

Any recipe for raspberries will work for mulberrys. And you’re right, you need to use the dark ripe ones. Mulberry jam is my favorite! 6/29/2008 2:29:18 PM
