Are we still waiting on some folks for this?
I’m in and out for the next couple weeks, so I’d like to get mine boxed up and ready to go for the first shipment sooner rather than later.

If possible, I’d like to be moved until later in the schedule - like end of Sept/October. I try to limit the amount of boxes I receive in the summer to avoid boxes sitting on my porch all day in 110 degree heat over the summer.

Ok, we have 12 members. Shipping every 3 weeks means this would last 36 weeks which is 9 months. So instead i staggered shipping 2 weeks, then 3, then, 2.....so we can finish in 7 1/2 months. Seems like a good compromise. If anyone is not ok with this, or cannot committ to shipping $25 worth of beer every 2-3 weeks, please speak now or forever hold your beer ;)

The problem is it can be hot about anywhere in the U.S. in the summer. I am in the northwest and we have already had near 100f days....
I really don’t like moving high rated traders down. The reason we do it by seniority is to minimize risk. People with high numbers of trades are less likely to default, whereas people with less trades are more likely. I really prefer to not have anyone at the top with under 50 trades...but if someone with over 50 wants to trade spots with sparky, please post here asap...

Another option is we can wait to start in September when it is cooler everywhere....of course then the people getting beer in January/Feb/March have to worry about it freezing.
As far as i know though we have had no serious issues in the first 3 swaps of beer ruined in the winter or summer....but whenever you guys want to do is fine with me.
